Penny has particular experience advising on contract variation, recruitment policy best practice and discrimination in the recruitment process.

Samina Shad is Recruitment & Diversity Specialist at British Gas. Samina has 13 years of experience working for British Gas in a variety of roles and has been working in the British Gas Academy for the last year. Her role involves attracting a wider range of diverse talent to the business through strategic recruitment activities, including speaking to careers influencers and working with education authorities and relevant media.
