  1. How do I book?
    All public courses and conferences can be booked online. If you have received JSB marketing literature in the post you can fill out the booking form attached and send it back via fax to 020 8371 7053.
  2. When will I receive Joining Instructions for your Public Courses and Conferences
    Joining instructions - including a programme, venue details and map - are sent to each participant approximately one month before each course or conference.
  3. Are there any special discounts available?
    Yes, JSB offers a variety of booking discounts, which are outlined here.
  4. How and when do I pay?
    Payment for Public Courses and Conferences, unless expressly agreed by JSB, must be received in full before attendance at the event. Payment can be made by cheque, BACS or Visa/MasterCard.
  5. What is the dress code?
    The dress code for all JSB Public Courses and Conferences is smart/casual.
  6. What are the timings of your Public Courses and Conferences?
    JSB Public Courses and Conferences run from 9.00/9.30am to 4.30pm/5.30pm - final timings are sent in your joining instructions.
  7. What refreshments are offered on Public Courses and Conferences?
    Fees include tea, coffee and lunch. If you have any special dietary requirements, please call Public Course Enquiries on +44 (0)20 8371 7010.
  8. Is there a smoking policy on JSB Public Courses and Conferences?
    Yes. JSB venues are strictly non-smoking within the training and conference rooms and refreshment areas. It is illegal to smoke on the premises and smoking is not permitted anywhere within the building.
  9. What is your policy for special needs requirements?

  10. What if I need to book accommodation?
    All JSB Public Courses and Conferences are non-residential. Further details will be included in your joining instructions.
  11. Are participant numbers restricted on your Public Courses?
    Yes, numbers on Public Courses are restricted to ensure that participants receive a personalised service. The number of participants accepted per group is published at the top of the course outlines.
  12. Where do Public Courses and Conferences take place?
    All Public Courses and Conferences are available in London, with some events taking place in Edinburgh and Manchester. Our Law on the road™ series has dates in Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Edinburgh, Milton Keynes, Leeds, Leicester, Manchester, Newcastle and Reading.
