Antonín Kazda

Antonín Kazda is a Senior Associate at CMS Cameron McKenna in Prague, the Czech Republic. Antonín’s primary area of expertise is commercial law, in particular intellectual property (copyright, trademarks and appellations of origin), information technologies and commercial contracts. He also has considerable experience in litigation, arbitration, labour law, real estate law, and advertising law. Antonín advises numerous clients on labour issues relating to management contracts, termination clauses and reorganisation.

Nikoletta Szederjessy

Nikoletta is a Hungarian Lawyer who specialises in litigation, IP and general employment work. Nikoletta has experience in dealing with a wide range of employment issues from drafting and reviewing employment contracts to terminating contracts and also in various employment litigation issues. Nikoletta has been involved in IP and trademark issues as well.

Delia Dragomir

Delia is a senior associate, who joined CMS Cameron McKenna in August 2006 and she received a Degree in International Relations from the Bologna Center of Paul Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University and an MA in Political Science awarded in 1999 by the Central European University in Budapest, Hungary (chartered by the Board of Regents of the State of New York). Delia also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, from the West University in Timisoara, Romania, awarded in 1998.

Przemysław Stobiński

Przemysław Stobinski is a senior lawyer specialising in employment and labour relation law. On an ongoing basis he advises clients on various aspects of individual employment, including amongst others hiring of key personnel, determining benefits and compensation plans and processing involuntary termination in the companies. He also assists clients in localising and introducing employment related documentation in the clients' operations in Poland. Furthermore he supports clients on health and safety, social security and immigration issues. Przemyslaw Stobinski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Poznan University in 2001. As of May 2007 he has been a member of the Poznan Bar of Legal Advisors.

Monika Dmochowska

Monika Dmochowska has been working with CMS Cameron McKenna since 2006. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University and the School of American Law. She focuses on employment law, civil and commercial law but has also gained some experience in personal data protection. Monika advises clients on employment issues and general corporate maintenance. Her experience includes matters relating to employment contracts, employers’ internal regulations and group redundancies.

Horia Draghici

Horia Draghici is a lawyer specialising in labour law, commercial litigation and arbitration in CMS Cameron McKenna Bucharest. He is a qualified Romanian lawyer and a member of Bucharest Bar. Horia holds a BA in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest awarded in 2003. His representative mandates include representing clients before courts regarding labour litigations, commercial claims, debt recovery claims, insolvency procedures and shareholder disputes. He was also a Counsel to Romania, acting through the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in a pending arbitration before ICSID. Horia has also represented a Romanian subsidiary of a consumer products multinational company in relation to certain disputes, including also an arbitration in Romania.
