An event programme, details of the venue and map will be sent to each participant with joining instructions approximately three weeks before the event.

JSB reserves the right to cancel events, change venues (within the same city) and substitute speakers at its discretion. Where events are cancelled by JSB, delegates will receive a full refund for course fees paid, if alternative dates offered are not acceptable. Views expressed by trainers are their own. JSB disclaims liability for advice given or views expressed by any trainer or in any notes or documents provided to participants.
JSB never releases your personal details to any company or organisation outside the JSB Group for mailing or marketing purposes. We would like to send you, from time to time, details about other JSB services, which we hope will interest you. If at any time you do not wish to receive such information, please write to us so that we can amend our records accordingly.
Payment must be received in full no less than five working days before attendance at the student’s first ACEL module or no later than 28 days after acceptance of the student’s application to enrol on the ACEL, whichever date is the earlier.
For transfers (requests must be in writing) received by JSB more than 15 working days before the start of an ACEL module, we make no charge in respect of the student’s first transfer and we make an administration charge of £100 (+VAT) in respect of each subsequent transfer. For transfer requests received by JSB 15 or fewer working days before the start of an ACEL module, we charge an administration fee equal to 33% of the standard module fee (standard module fee £550+VAT).
Where a student withdraws from ACEL, he/she will be liable for the full amount of the ACEL fee, less a deduction of £200 (+VAT) in respect of each module not attended. JSB reserves the right to cancel modules, change venues (within the same city) and substitute trainers, tutors and consultants at its discretion.
