Claire Drury

Claire Drury is an experienced learning and development consultant, trainer and coach and has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors including finance, energy, service solution providers, media & communications, manufacturing, recruitment and the public sector.

Claire has most recently designed and delivered a range of leadership and change programmes using a variety of learning techniques including coaching, e-learning, action learning, social learning and business simulation to support business transformation and rebranding.

Some recent examples of her work include

  • Long term leadership development programme using psychometrics, e-learning, business simulation and coaching (ongoing)
  • HR transformation programme for an international energy organisation moving towards a more strategically focused, business partnering approach to HR,  encompassed by the whole function
  • Facilitation of the strategic planning process for an HR Director and her team
  • Reinvention of a management development and induction programme to achieve global consistency in leadership capability and development apportunities
  • Long term future leadership development programme using a development centre and psychometrics for analysis and coaching, mentoring and work based projects with structured feedback for development
  • A consultancy skills development programme using a 70:20:10 learning approach to support business transformation

Claire is a Level A and Level B British Psychological Society qualified Occupational Tester and is licensed in MBTI steps I & II, 16PF, Talent Q Dimensions and SDI instruments.  She has studied executive coaching to Master’s level, and advanced leadership and coaching using MBTI. She is studying to become an NLP practitioner.
