Claire Drury is an experienced learning and development consultant, trainer and coach and has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors including finance, energy, service solution providers, media & communications, manufacturing, recruitment and the public sector.
Claire has most recently designed and delivered a range of leadership and change programmes using a variety of learning techniques including coaching, e-learning, action learning, social learning and business simulation to support business transformation and rebranding.

Claire is a Level A and Level B British Psychological Society qualified Occupational Tester and is licensed in MBTI steps I & II, 16PF, Talent Q Dimensions and SDI instruments. She has studied executive coaching to Master’s level, and advanced leadership and coaching using MBTI. She is studying to become an NLP practitioner.
