Building Awareness of Working Preferences

This is a sample learning overview that we can design and deliver specifically for your organisation.

This initiative is focused on building connections between the HR team – some of whom are new entrants to the team. The purpose of this session is to ensure that collectively the team has an awareness of the diversity of working preferences and how they manifest at work, especially during times of high pressure.

The objectives of the Psychometrics session are to:

  • Enhance strong relationships, connections and awareness across the team
  • Consider differences in approach (cognitive and behavioural) across the team – embracing diversity and paradox; different is not bad
  • Develop an understanding of typical responses to stress across the team and how to manage this during a critical upcoming time period for the team
  • Better understand differences in perception of challenges and communication styles to allow harmonious team working
  • Begin to develop a shared purpose as the HR team at Insight Investment
