Jennifer Chih

I am the Head of the Human Capital Department at PK Wong & Associates LLC. I have more than 20 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in corporate and employment law. I have advised many public listed companies, venture capital firms and multinational corporations in handling a range of employment matters such as bulk transfer of employees, drafting and reviewing employment contracts for both executive and non-executive employees, managing terminations, drafting and advising on Employee Stock Option Plan, drafting Employee Handbooks and advising on fair employment and workplace practices. I have also been invited as a guest speaker in international events speaking about the employment law landscape and workplace discrimination in Singapore.

I was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1996.

Erica Chong

Erica Chong is a partner in Orrick’s Hong Kong office and a member of the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group. She is a commercial litigator with 10-years’ experience in complex commercial disputes, international arbitration and corporate investigation.  Ms. Chong also advises major multinationals on all aspects of employment-related issues, including enforcement and application of restrictive covenants, claims for breach of employment contracts, variation of contractual terms, and employee benefit plans.   

She was Associate Editor of “Workplace Data: Law and Litigation” and the Asia Co-editor of “Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets in Employment Law – An International Survey” published by the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law.

Ms. Chong obtained her Bachelor of Laws and PCLL at the University of Hong Kong, and is qualified to practise in Hong Kong and California. She serves as Secretary to the Committee on Arbitration and ADR of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) - Hong Kong.
