The impact that HR business partners can have within their organisation is largely dependent on the extent to which they are credible and authoritative. Without strong relationships with the right people, HR business partners will struggle to identify critical people issues or get the buy-in needed to implement and deliver the right solutions.

This interactive virtual session will explore the key interpersonal skills that HR business partners need to cultivate in order to build the role that they wish to have, the influence they seek and the outcomes that they want to achieve. Facilitated by an expert in HR business partnering participants will assess their current interpersonal and consultancy skills against a number of skills frameworks that support excellent HR Business Partner practice.
