I am a partner in the Corporate Commercial and Litigation department of Makarim & Taira S in Jakarta, Indonesia. I have worked with Makarim & Taira S for more than 12 years. Two of my areas of expertise are Indonesian employment and intellectual property rights related issues. I have handled mass terminations of employment (more than 300 employees) in various industries, the resolution of disputes as well as the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

I've also assisted several major multinational companies by reviewing and updating their company regulations, employment agreements and/or collective labour agreements. I have authored or co-authored a number of significant publications and often speak at local and overseas seminars or training programs on employment matters
