Talent Management

Develop a strong talent management strategy for your organisation

This is a sample learning overview that we can design and deliver specifically for your organisation.

Talent management encompasses a range of activities that occur at every stage of the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and selection, to engagement, development, retention, succession and capability planning. It can therefore be a significant challenge to ensure a coherent and effective talent management strategy is in place.

You will return to work with the confidence and expertise to make tangible changes to your talent management processes, tailored to the current situation in your organisation.

This practical workshop will introduce you to the theories, tools and skills you need to review and develop the talent management strategy in your organisation.  Throughout the day you will work with integrated talent management tools to understand and build the case for talent management, and develop a plan and approach which can then be applied at work.

During this programme you will:

  • Define Talent Management and why it matters as a strategic business driver
  • Understand the fundamental elements of effective talent management and how they work in reality
  • Assess the readiness of your organisation for talent management
  • Analyse your stakeholders for talent management and plan how to work and communicate with them
  • Produce a high level plan to successfully review or implement talent management in your organisation
