Decision making

  • How do “we” make decisions: head and heart
  • A decision making framework to support sound and rationale decision making
  • Removing “emotion” from decision making – when emotion is useful and when it isn’t

Reviewing your self-assessment

  • Review of pre-completed EI questionnaire
  • Reminder of the GROW coaching model
  • Paired Walk and talk re: the practical actions you will take  to grow – based on your self –assessment scores– using the GROW coaching Model
